Music and Fine Arts

As part of this education, we offer opportunities to participate in a variety of music groups. All of our music groups aim to help each of our students develop their musical ability while sharing the gospel through their music. All of our music groups tour around the conference to various churches and schools throughout the year. Musical groups include: AmBASSadors (10-person singing group that provides church services throughout the conference), Celeste (Choir), Concert Band, Handbell Choir, and String Ensemble.

Students who are interested also have the opportunity to take private music lessons. Lessons are available in piano, voice and strings. A music recital is held each semester for all students in private music lessons.

Students also have the opportunity to be a part of Impact Worship.  This group has the opportunity to provide music ministry on a regular basis here at the Bass Memorial Academy Church while learning how to be music ministers for their home churches.

Students who enjoy being creative are encouraged to join one our art classes. Drawing, painting and ceramics are some of the many skills students will learn.
